I was living in Louisiana and looking at homes on Zillow in Pass Christian, Mississippi. I saw Michelle's contact on the Zillow page for listed realtors in the area. After reading some positive reviews, I contacted Michelle and was not disappointed. Michelle was very responsive in getting me the complete MLS information on homes in my price range. After selecting 6+ properties of interest, Michelle was able to set up the showings in the tight time frame I gave her. Michelle was very helpful while viewing homes with her local knowledge and what might pose any issues. After getting an offer accepted below asking, she was a big help in assisting me to line up the home inspection and negotiating repairs into the contract. My sister and I found the house that really suited us with the help and expertise of Michelle's great knowledge of the area. She also made us feel very welcome here and that made it even more exciting to move here, since we were both moving from different states. Her process skills were excellent. There were several things with getting our services turned on to finding the places we needed to go to to register at the POA and what we needed to bring with us. She also responded very quickly to help with the filing of the loan paper work to keep everything on time for our closing date. She also got with our sellers and made it possible for all the requested things found in the house to be fix taken care of in a timely manner before our closing date.
